All digital downloads are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue or corrupt file, we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Downloads, Expiry & Reset

Digital files can only be accessed by registered, authorized users.
You may request a reset of your download link, but we do not guarantee long-term availability of files on our server. We strongly advise you to backup your files immediately after purchase and store them securely.
