WHAT IS PERSONAL USE?

Personal use means you can use our digital designs for your own creative projects — for yourself, your family, or your friends. You can print and use them as many times as you like, as long as you’re not making money from the final product.

If you wish to create and sell products using our designs, please refer to our Commercial Use Policy below.

If you plan to use our designs to create products for sale, please refer to our commercial use policy below.

WHAT IS COMMERCIAL USE?

Commercial use means using our designs to make and sell physical or digital products. A license is required for this.

There are two ways to use LadyJDesignStore designs commercially:
1. Purchase a Commercial License – available in our shop.
Purchase A COMMERCIAL LICENSE or
2. Give Credit – clearly state “Graphics by LadyJDesignStore”
on your product listings, packaging, and promotional material.

Note: Giving credit is only allowed for small-scale sales.
If you plan to sell more than 500 items, you’ll need a license.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I MAKE WITH YOUR DESIGNS?

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
(with or without license):
T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, bookmarks
Journal covers, greeting cards, wall art
Stickers, planners, party decor, cupcake toppers
Handmade crafts, jewelry, and more

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
(personal use only):
Invitations, party printables, social media posts
Customized branding (logo, banner, etc.)*
Educational materials for students or parents (not for redistribution)

Note: For digital branding or templates sold to clients, a commercial license is required.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED?

You cannot share, resell, or redistribute our files in any digital format.
You cannot convert our files to SVG, EPS, PDF, or other vector formats and sell them.
You cannot use our graphics to create new characters by mixing parts.
You cannot use our designs for mass production (over 500 items) without a commercial license.

CAN I USE YOUR DESIGNS WITH CRICUT OR SILHOUETTE?

Yes! You can use our PNG files with Print & Cut feature for Cricut or Silhouette Cameo.
Great for stickers, cutouts, centerpieces, and more.
Note: Some of our graphics are not layered SVGs and are not suitable for vinyl layering.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY FILES AFTER PURCHASE?

All files are delivered as instant digital downloads.
After your payment:
You’ll get an email with a download link.
Files come in a ZIP folder – make sure to unzip before using!
If you can’t find your download email, check your Spam/Junk folder
or contact us with your order number.

WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF YOUR FILES?

PNG or JPG Or SWG files at 300 DPI with transparent background
Clip Art Files are usually 6–7 inches tall, perfect for high-quality printing.
Paper Pack Files are 12x12 inches, perfect for high-quality printing.
No watermark on purchased files
Files are saved individually, not as scenes (unless specified in the product description)
